Settlement Secured for Victim of Severe Hand Crush Injury

Bobber, Teich, and Pippin partner Pete Bobber recently represented a 57-year-old client who suffered a devastating hand crush injury in 2019, resulting in the amputation of his fingers due to a machine accident. At the time of the injury, he was earning approximately $580 per week, and Bobber fought diligently to ensure that the client received temporary disability benefits from the date of the incident through to the 2025 settlement, while also safeguarding the payment of all related medical bills. The client received statutory amputation payments exceeding $115,000 and ultimately secured a comprehensive lump sum settlement of $901,515, covering both disability and future medical needs. BTP will continue to consistently fight to achieve justice for our clients, ensuring that they receive the support and compensation they deserve in times of hardship.
