$1.825 Million Settlement for Victim of Trucking Negligence
Bobber, Teich & Pippin attorneys Michael Teich and Myles Maltz recently obtained a $1.825 million settlement on behalf of a 24 year old woman who suffered severe injuries when the car she was riding in was struck by a semi truck. The trucking company denied that it was responsible for the crash, but traffic camera video obtained by our office demonstrated that the driver made a left turn into oncoming traffic which caused the crash. Our client suffered a skull fracture, multiple broken bones, a concussion with ongoing headaches, a facial nerve injury and scarring to her face, arm and chest. She underwent multiple surgeries and continues to experience the effects of the trucking company’s negligence. The case settled shortly before trial.
