BTP Secures Settlement After Injury Caused by Negligent Concrete Truck Operation

Bobber, Teich & Pippin secure confidential settlement on behalf of a construction laborer who suffered severe injuries due to the negligent operation of a ready mix concrete truck. Our client was working on an elevated platform pouring concrete from a chute attached to the back of a ready mix concrete truck.
